Copper valves are industrial valves made primarily of copper alloys, suitable for various media environments including water, air, and steam, with nominal pressure PN≤2.5MPa and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 250℃.

The manufacturing process has evolved from early sand casting to hot forging, significantly improving product density and durability.

Main Types and Characteristics
Copper valves can be classified into four categories according to function:

**Copper Gate Valve:** Opens and closes by the vertical movement of a gate along the channel axis, mainly used for fully open or fully closed shut-off operations.

**Copper Ball Valve:** Employs a structure where the ball rotates 90° around the valve stem axis, allowing for rapid opening and closing, suitable for quick shut-off or media distribution.

**Copper Globe Valve:** The valve disc moves linearly along the valve seat centerline, providing forced sealing characteristics, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines, but with relatively high fluid resistance.

**Copper Check Valve:** Automatically opens and closes based on media flow, used to prevent backflow.
