This product includes flanged straight fittings, tees, elbows, etc., and pipe connections are achieved through adhesive bonding, heat fusion, and threaded connections.

PP pipe fittings are corrosion-resistant and lightweight, making them suitable for the chemical industry and wastewater treatment. Manufacturing processes include injection molding and extrusion molding technologies, offering advantages in production efficiency and cost control. During installation, the pipe cross-section must be chamfered, and adhesive should be applied at a standard rate of 200g/m². The joint must be kept vertically positioned for one minute during the installation process, and no external force should be applied during curing. The ambient temperature for installation must not be lower than 5℃, and installation must not be carried out in rain or water.
